Are you an experienced Printing Press Operator looking for better compensation and a consistent daytime schedule?

Encore Label & Packaging is hiring in Charlotte, NC!
We're seeking skilled operators with experience in flexographic printing, pressure-sensitive labels, Mark Andy presses, or industrial printing and die-cutting equipment.

Here's What We're Offering

• $23–$27 per hour, based on experience
• First shift: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Four-day workweek

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses.
• Produce high-quality pressure-sensitive labels.
• Operate printing, die-cutting, rewinding, and finishing equipment.
• Maintain accurate color, registration, and print quality.
• Read production orders and job specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and quality inspections.
• Work with your team to meet production goals.

• Two or more years of printing press or related production experience preferred.
• Experience with flexographic presses, Mark Andy, CEI, or comparable equipment.
• Familiarity with pressure-sensitive label production or die cutting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and quality-focused.
